I took the following photos on set of a book of photos which the director used for reference.  The
photos in  this book were from my audition and had a very nice note from the Directors.
For the “Halo 3” spots the production company captured images of us doing stunts all day and
scanned our heads and faces and made toy replicas of us doing these things.  All the toys you
see of the soldiers and “Bruts” in the battle are myself and 8 other actors.  Everything you see
the toys doing, we did for real.  It was a lot of fun.
Now to the fun stuff...
I fell backwards, sideways &
flipped from about 14 ft in the
air.  I did this one about 20 -
30 times
On these, we had to simulate getting thrown through the air shot in the back, and hit by bombs,
enemy weapons and other explosive devices.  We did this for about eight hours in 98 degree
weather.

DAY 2 - Head Scans
This is one of the
shots that I am
being an alien Brut.
In this video you can see a toy made of one of my
scans at:
49 sec - 51 sec.  There were many
others but this is one that can be seen very clearly.
It was kind of cool to see myself as a toy.
In this video you can see me as a basic training soldier
being scanned at:
1 min 46 sec  -  1 min 53 sec.  This
was the actual process they used to make the toys of us
and they used it for the commercial.  The whole process
was cool.
